Tracy Donovan - CEO

As CEO/owner of trü Level Design and Construction, Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, formerly working for James L Davis Inc.  While working for James L Davis, Inc., her primary focus was on radiation shielding which involves complex concrete and structural requirements. She performed as CEO running the company’s day to day operations as well as project and program management on various projects ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000 and has managed over 50 personnel to accomplish all project deadlines.  She was responsible for direct contact with the architects, engineers, owners, owner representatives, plant engineers and subcontractors. Today, Tracy continues the “diamond of excellence” experience by running the day to day operations for trü Level Design & Construction, project management, budgets and estimating, interaction with the design team and clients and continues to demonstrate amazing attention to detail and ensures that projects come in on time and within budget all while striving for clients’ satisfaction.

Lorraine Wiggins - Accounting Manager

Lorraine brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field.  She is currently taking care of the Accounts Receivable & Payables and Client billing.  She previously worked for medical offices in the billing department throughout the United States.
